there is water or debris in your pipe, it will not yield a good profile. Please clean your pipe before we get there.

If you are overly generous with your application of mastic in RCP joints and it oozes out into the pipe, it can result
in a damming effect causing sediment and water to build up . . . this will not yield a good profile.

PennDOT prefers manufactured lift hole plugs and may fail RCP where rocks have been used in the lift hole.
* Current joint tolerances are .25 inch per 12" of pipe diameter.
